Each tech gets a composite score built from weighted factors: jobs per hour, sales, completion, reservice rate, and reviews. You get separate, fully configurable weight profiles for tech and branch rankings.
JPH (Jobs Per Hour) measures tech efficiency, which is stops divided by hours. RPH (Revenue Per Hour) measures branch profitability, which is revenue divided by hours. They are different units, so we never mix them on the same chart.
